90 Day Returns
If it takes you a little longer than usual to return things at the moment, that's fine with us. Anything purchased from navabi can be returned within 90 days. We extended this recently to make things easier for you and our other customers. We'd like you to feel fully at ease shopping with us so, even if you normally return things within the first week, remember that you have up to 90 days to return any unworn item.
Safe, Reliable Delivery
We've worked very closely with our partners (including DHL and DHL Express) to make sure you are safe, and served well. DHL are cooperating directly with the WHO, ECDC, and Robert Koch Institute to ensure they deliver with the maximum reliability possible, but most importantly for us - that their practices keep you safe as a navabi customer.
Deliveries are still arriving with customers within just a few days. Those placed with DHL Express can also be tracked and traced on their journey.
Many of the navabi team are now working safely from home (we hope you're at home and safe and well too). Our stock handling and distribution staff are working in shifts, with lots of space, and the highest levels of hygiene, with masks, and gloves.
Styles for the occasion - even if that occasion is 'Home'
We've increased our range of styles suitable for wearing around the home. We've curated these with comfort and style in mind (you may have seen the email from Maryam yesterday). We'll keep doing this, and make sure to deliver the best to you, as ever, with your safety and comfort in mind.
